Porter calls are closed right now.
This button is for debark day only.
Need help with your bags? Ask anyone in uniform at the terminal.
What number is on your bag tag?
The tag the ship gave you before you got off. Your bags are laid out in the luggage debark hall (the room you walk into in the terminal, before customs) under that same number — stand with them and put the number in here.
Letters and colours count too — type it exactly as it reads on the tag. No tag? Ask any porter. Raising a hand still works, and always will.
DEBARK QUEUE
Your ship wants everyone off fast so the crew can turn your room over for the next sailing — so almost everyone heads down around the same time. But the crew unloading bags can only clear one section at a time, for safety. This tells you the moment your section is actually out, so you can relax until then instead of standing by the door.
For debarking passengers only. Arriving to sail? Hand your bags to a porter at the curb — no need to call one.
I am arriving to sailStand with your bags and tap once. The next porter in line sees your number and comes to you. No account, no app, and nobody gets your phone number.
So they know who they are looking for — there is usually more than one family waiting at the same number.
There is a limit to what one porter can safely take at once, so this tells us whether to send more than one.
Anything else? Only if it applies.
Dockside is used by the teams at this terminal. Tapping the button tells the porters which bag stand you are at — nothing else.
