Do this first, before you leave the terminal

Show the damage to a debarkation agent or your cruise line's baggage desk now. They own the claim, they have deadlines, and a claim opened at the terminal is a different thing from one opened from home.

This form does not replace that. It creates a dated record with your photographs and puts it in front of Dockside so we can get it to the right people and help you chase it.
