A wheelchair, elderly assistance, medication, a baggage check, or an escort. Tell us where you are and Guest Services comes to you. Only when you are at the terminal — they walk to the spot you pick.

Ask anyone in uniform
Live requests are switched on terminal by terminal. Until then, tell the first porter or Guest Services person you see and they will get you help.
1. Which terminal?
2. Where are you right now?
3. What do you need?
Medication that cannot take heat
Dialysis supplies, insulin, refrigerated or temperature-sensitive medication: keep it with you, never in a checked bag, and out of the sun. Galveston curbs and garages get hot fast. Do not leave it in the car, on a cart or in a stack of bags. Ask the first staff member for shade or a cool spot while you wait.
4. How many people need help?
Anything that helps us find you? (optional — "blue jacket, by the flagpole")
No name, no cabin, no booking. Guest Services sees the terminal, the spot, what you need and your note. The request clears itself after a few hours.
